PyroSense provides lead generation services through various advertising channels including social media platforms, search engines, and other digital marketing channels. Our services include lead identification, targeting, qualification, and delivery to qualified clients.

3. Eligibility and Application Process

Access to PyroSense services is subject to approval by our sales team. Not all applicants will qualify for our services. We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion. Qualification criteria include but are not limited to:

• Legitimate business operations
• Adequate budget for lead generation services
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Alignment with our service capabilities

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our services are priced on a per-qualified-lead basis, with rates varying by advertising channel and targeting complexity. Current pricing ranges from $40 to $60 per qualified lead. Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

5. Lead Quality and Guarantees

We strive to provide high-quality, qualified leads that meet your specified criteria. However, we cannot guarantee conversion rates or sales outcomes. Lead quality is determined by our proprietary scoring algorithms and verification processes. Disputes regarding lead quality must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data collected through our services. All lead data is collected in compliance with applicable privacy laws including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations. 7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to immediately terminate services for violation of these terms or for any conduct that we deem harmful to our business or other clients.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
